- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) for the Stalowowolski District and its organizational units listed in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The place of energy supply is points collection listed in Annex 5.3. Detailed conditions for the execution of the subject of the order are specified in the template Agreement constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ.4. At the same time, the Ordering Party indicates that:4.1. Sales will take place via the distribution network belonging to the Distribution System Operator (OSD), i.e. PGE Dystrybucja SA and Enesta Sp. z o. o. under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997.
