The subject of the public contract is the purchase (sale) of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law of April 10, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) delivered to facilities in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in accordance with the standards specified in the Regulations tariff and systemic.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by: • Description of the subject of the contract Annex 5 to SWZ and price forms - Annexes 6a to SWZ, Annexes 6b to SWZ, Annex No. 6C to SWZ
The subject of the contract was divided into 3 parts: • Part 1 - includes the purchase (sale) of electricity up to 38 energy consumption points, in accordance with Annex 6A to SWZ • Part 2 - includes the purchase (sale) of electricity up to 84 energy consumption points, in accordance with Annex 6B to SWZ • Part 3 - includes the purchase (sale) of electricity to 85 consumption points energy, according to Annex 6C to SWZ
