Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1) The supply of electricity will be carried out for a period of 12 months, with the delivery starting date no earlier than the date on which the current supplier ceases to supply electricity, i.e. from February 5, 2026, after approval of the new Contractor (Seller) by the Distribution System Operator (DSO).2) Place of delivery: to the facilities of the Marshal's Office of the Opole Voivodeship, listed below (in the LIST OF POINTS TO WHICH ELECTRIC ENERGY SHOULD BE DELIVERED), on the terms set out in the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and in the implementing acts issued on its basis. 3) The estimated amount of electricity ordered is 552,019 kWh, including the basic volume: 394,300 kWh and the order under option law: 157,719 kWh, and the total number of PPE (electricity consumption points) reported facilities to be processed is 11 pieces. 4) The order does not include electricity distribution, connection, metering and energy quality falling within the scope of a separate contract for the provision of distribution services concluded by the Ordering Party (Recipient). z...
