Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply (purchase) of electricity for the needs of recipients to electricity consumption points (hereinafter as PPE), described in detail in Annex 5 to SWZ. 2. The order concerns the purchase of electricity for 2026-2027 for the organizational units of the poviat Zgierz. The subject of the contract is homogeneous, strictly defined and does not leave the field for quality diversity between bidders. Electricity is a fully standardized commodity, and its technical parameters and delivery conditions result directly from the applicable regulations law and regulation of distribution system operators. For this reason, the only criterion differentiating offers may be the unit price of electricity. Taking into account other quality criteria would not realistically affect the effects of the contract, but could lead to artificial differentiation offers. 4. Detailed guidelines regarding the performance of the subject of the contract were included in the following documents:
1) draft contract - Annex 4 to SWZ;
2) electricity consumption points (PPE) - Annex 5 to SWZ;
3) Description of the subject of the contract - Annex 6 to SWZ.
