The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the University of Warsaw in the stock market in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the provisions of the Minister of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of March 22, 2023. on the detailed conditions of the system functioningpower electrical (Journal of Laws of 2023 item 819 from later) to the Energy Employer's collection points will be consumed for the needs of the Employer, which is not an energy company within the meaning of the Act of 17 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended.d.)
