Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with a total estimated volume 43 534 793 kWh in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31/12/2027 for participants of the "Electricity Purchase Group Nowy Sącz 2025" acting on their own behalf and for organizational units. In the group The purchasing is 10 entities referred to in chapter I together with organizational units (equipped with legal personality or not having legal personality) specified in Annex 1 to the specification. Estimated energy size broken down into tariff groups:
a) BXX tariff group - approx. 9 393 385 kWh
b) CXX tariff group - approx. 30 671 973 kWh
c) GXX tariff group - approx. 603 210 kWh
d) OXX tariff group - approx. 2 866 225 kWh
2. less than 60%, with the proviso that, for reasons beyond the control of the contracting authority, and affecting the failure to use the minimum estimated consumption, in particular lockdown, war, crisis situations and others, this amount may be lower, and the contractors will not be entitled to any additional claims in this respect.
