• Purchase of an electronic anesthesia card as an element of the CIS - Information System The subject of the order is the purchase of an electronic anesthesia card as an element of the CIS - Information System. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex No. 2 to SWZ. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Reason for not dividing into lots: The subject matter of the contract is of a uniform nature, and dividing the contract into parts would cause excessive organizational difficulties, technical and additional costs execution of the order, as well as the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing the order. The order must be treated as one whole due to the need to maintain the continuity of the implementation process with integration with the HIS system. Range The project includes delivery, integration with medical devices located in the operating rooms of the WCPiT operating blocks, configuration and launch of both the equipment and the IT system supporting the work of the anesthesiologist during patient anesthesia and during postoperative supervision. Carrying out the project requires the selected Contractor to perform a detailed analysis of the edge devices owned by WCPiT at the pre-implementation analysis stage, assuming integration for patient anesthesia points. On this basis, the Contractor will select specific methods of integration and data exchange with devices (proper selection and installation of communication cards).
