Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of an electronic anesthesia card license - EKZ, server license, license of the blood report module with the implementation together with IT equipment dedicated to an electronic anesthesia card to the headquarters of the Ordering Party in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex 1 to the NIN. Specifications or equivalent solutions, while assessing the equivalence of solutions offered by the contractor, the contracting authority will assess the parameters of the infrastructure offered by the Contractor, comparing them with the parameters specified in Annex 1 to Specifications.
2. Openses that do not have the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
3. The contractual terms of the contract shall be specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3 to the NIN. Specifications.
Co -financing of the order under the project: "Modernization and expansion of the Diagnostic Facilities, combined treatment, pharmacotherapy and pharmaceutical care over oncologically ill at the Specialist Hospital Ludwik Rydygier in Krakow "as part of the National Plan of Rebuilding and Increase Charges. Note: The contracting authority reserves The possibility of annulment of the contract award procedure in the event of not granting funds that the Employer intended to allocate to finance the contract (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law).
