Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in providing the software within the scope of the electronic legal information system "SEIP" together with updates for the period of the contract. The SEIP consists of: 600 simultaneous access stations (access in the online version).
Detailed Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), was included in Annex 7 to SWZ and in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
2. The deadline for performing the basic contract (validity of the contract):
The contract applies from the date of its conclusion for a period of 36 months from the date of sharing current SEIP software, but not earlier than from 01.02.2026, with:
1) Within 5 calendar days from the date of the contract, the Contractor will provide SEIP user instructions in Polish in electronic format in MS Word/PDF format with the right to repeatedly duplicate and printing without restrictions for the needs of the Employer to the e-mail address provided,
2) within 14 calendar days from the date of the contract, the Contractor shall provide current SEIP software on-line, but not earlier than from 01.02.2026.
