POLREGIO S.A. Małopolska Plant in Krakow, invites contractors with knowledge and experience regarding the order to submit price information to buy an electronic measuring instrument for measuring the parameters of wheeled sets of railway vehicles. Detachable information is available in file entitled: "Description of the subject of the order" in the attachments. The invocation does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.*Please submit price information taking into account the payment date 30 days from the date of delivery of the correctly issued invoice.*The next stage of the procedure There will be negotiations. 7 para. 1 of the Act of April 13 ,2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting supporting the aggression on Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws of PLN 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of July 31, 2014 regarding measures to limit the relationship with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation of Ukraine (Journal of Laws of the UENR L 229 of 31.7.2014, p. 1). The EXPERIENCE which will be carried out to fulfill the contract will be required to submit a statement on the lack of grounds for exclusion - The statements can be found in the attachment folder.
