Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, unused mobile vehicle-lift, intended for registration on the basis of an extract from the approval certificate covering the entire vehicle. The delivery is to be made to the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the Pako commune. Vehicle it must be free from physical and legal defects, unencumbered by the rights of third parties or any proceedings or security measures, and meet the requirements specified in the contract (order no. 5 to the SWZ) and the detailed description of the subject of the order - OPZ (order no. 6 to the SWZ). 2. Additional requirements of the Ordering Party: 1) requirement training by the supplier of the Ordering Party's designated employees in the operation of the device and delivery of full technical and operational documentation and device operating instructions in Polish; 2) possession of COC approval for the entire vehicle; 3) required testing and approval of the device by the Office of Technical Inspection; 4) possession of CE certificate 5) delivery at the expense and risk of the Contractor to the place indicated by the Ordering Party (in the Pako commune); 6) required warranty for the lift: min. 12 months, max. 36 months - depending on the period declared in the offer, from the date of signing flow...
