4.1 The subject of the order includes the purchase of equipment and supplies necessary to implement the tasks of Civil Protection and Civil Defense in the Oarw Mazowiecki Commune, divided into five parts: A. purchase of 2 rescue tents (pneumatically unfolded) with equipment and heating: - as part of the implementation of this part of the subject order, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver 2 pieces of tents with accessories to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, located in the commune of Oarw Mazowiecki, - the delivered tents with accessories must be brand new, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a warranty for the delivered subject of the order for a period of at least 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol (the warranty period is the criterion for evaluating the offers), - the delivery of tents means: their delivery and conducting training for min. 3 persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of disassembly and use supplied equipment and submitting lists of standard equipment, if any, - the Contractor is obliged to deliver the tents together with the equipment and the operating instructions and submit them no later than 3 days before the planned conclusion of the contract in spr...
