The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment and fittings as part of the implementation of the task titled: "Improving the quality of cardiac treatment - Independent Public Health Care Center in Sokółka A detailed description of the subject of the order and quantity is included in the Annex No. 2.1-2.5 to SWZ. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. Part 1 - delivery of the echocardiology device The subject of the order is the delivery of: - echocardiograph (cardiac ultrasound machine with a set heads), A detailed description of the subject of the order and quantity is included in Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. Part 2 - equipment delivery resuscitation and monitoring The subject of the order is the delivery of: - transport respirator, - defibrillator with synchronized cardioversion function, - heart monitors, - heart monitor control panel, - infusion pumps, - medical mammals, - inhalers. A detailed description of the subject of the order and quantity is included in Annex No. 2.2 to the SWZ. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. Part 3 - delivery of medical equipment Subject order is delivery: - drip stands, - medical couches, - medical trolleys, - ECG couches, - refrigerators for storing medicines with temperature monitoring, - treatment chairs, - blood collection chairs with armrests, - lamps treatment...
