The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment and the implementation of digitization software documents with integration with the AMMS system as part of the project "Digital transformation of the DR ANNA GOSTYŃSKA WOLSKI HOSPITAL SP. Z O.O. in the field of collecting and processing medical data, digitization of medical documentation, cybersecurity and analyzes supported in medical activities" in as part of the competition "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care".
Detailed requirements for the implementation of the order are specified in the contract template and detailed description of the subject of the order, respectively Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
