Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of medical equipment and devices, i.e. laminar chamber, fume hood, microscopes for the Pathology Department of the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price Offer. The subject of the order was divided into 5 Packages:
Package No. 1 Chamber laminar 1 pc.
Package No. 2 Fume hood 1 pc.
Package No. 3 Formalin fume hood 1 pc.
Package No. 4 Two-station microscope 1 pc.
Package No. 5 Microscope 1 pc.
The task will be implemented as part of the project co-financed by the European Funds for Silesia Program 2021-2027 No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for infrastructure for residents, Measure.08.06 Health care infrastructure (project type II). The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act of 11/09/2019 Public Procurement Law, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order will not be awarded to it.
