Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, setting and calibration of the equipment for the auditorium at LCASK in Dziadkowice - curtains, lighting, sound system and projection system.2. A detailed description of the order is included in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order.3. The item of the order has not been delivered divided into parts. The lack of division into parts does not disrupt competition on the contractors' market, which does not have a negative impact on competition. The lack of division into parts is dictated by economic reasons. This order covers a scope within the scope of only one entity, which ensures its execution within one part and by one contractor will be the most effective method of implementation from a technical and formal point of view.4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ.
