SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment for the Customs Laboratory as part of implementation of the project "Strengthening the analytical potential of customs laboratories for the security of external borders and the implementation of European Union policies", project number 101181558 - PL-LAB-CCEI23, under the Financial Support Instrument for customs control equipment CCEI (Customs Control Equipment Instrument) - CCEI for the Central Customs and Tax Laboratory. II. DIVISION OF THE ORDER INTO LOTS: The subject of the order was divided into 4 parts: 1) Part 1 - Purchase of a bioanalyzer; 2)Part 2 - Purchase of an ED-XRF spectrometer; 3) Part 3 - Purchase of a microscope with a video camera and an image processing system; 4) Part 4 - Purchase of a hydrolyzer and fat extractor. III. SOCIAL CLAUSE - art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law - the Ordering Party does not apply the social clause in these proceedings. IV. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding a public contract pursuant to Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law. V. Information about the means of electronic communication using which the contracting authority will communicate with contractors, and information about the technical and organizational requirements for preparing, sending and receiving electronic correspondence are described in Chapter 13 of the SWZ.
