- 1) The subject of the delivery is the delivery of a brand new slope x -in -law apparatus (1 item)
2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to SWZ.
3) The Contractor shall provide the subject of the contract that meets the requirements and produced in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended) and the Act of 29 November 2000 - atomic law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1941, as amended), as well as relevant executive regulations in the field of radiological protection.
4) delivered subject of the contract It must be: a) factory new, b) produced not earlier than in 2025, c) free from physical and legal defects, d) good quality and approved for trading, e) do not have any signs of use, f) not be the subject of the rights of third parties, g) made of materials with required approvals and Certificates in accordance with applicable law. h) No part of the delivery or its component can be reconciled, reassembly and cannot be used earlier by another entity for any purpose.
