Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment in the field of civil protection and civil defense as part of the task: Purchase of equipment in the field of civil protection and civil defense, Ryn Commune. 2. Ordering party in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with the division of the order into 2 parts as below:2.1. Part 1 of the order: Purchase and delivery of units, 2.2. Part 2 of the order: Purchase and delivery of backup power sources3. The material scope of the subject of the order for all parts includes in particular: a) delivery of a brand new one, i.e. unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to carry out a test of correct operation, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of the warranty rights of the equipment within the scope specified in Annex No. indicated by the Ordering Party. b) delivery of the required operating instructions in Polish (if applicable) together with the order, c) delivery of technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the order, d) delivery w...
