Description:
1) The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment intended for population protection in the Czudec Commune. The subject of the order in the scope of part No. 1 is the delivery of a residential container (1 pc.), a social container (1 pc.) and storage containers (2 pcs.)2) Delivery of the item orders will be made at the expense and responsibility of the Contractor. Place of delivery: Czudec Commune.3) The subject of the order cannot show any traces of use, it must be brand new, undamaged, of full value, free from defects, defects in construction, workmanship or resulting from other negligence. the contractor or manufacturer, which could be revealed during its use, and also meets the technical and quality parameters required by the Ordering Party.
