- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment for pathological diagnostics in 2025 - National Oncology Strategy.
1.3 (assortment and price forms) to the Offer Form.
3.The offered subject of the order must be admitted for marketing and use in accordance with applicable law, meet the requirements of Polish and European standards, be marked with the CE mark, and have documents issued by authorized entities, required by Polish law (e.g.: CE mark, Declaration of Conformity, necessary certificates, approvals, certificates), in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974). At the same time, the Contractor will be obliged to present, at each request of the Ordering Party, an appropriate document.
4. Failure to meet the required parameters specified in Annex No 1.1-1.3 to the Offer Form provides grounds for the Ordering Party to reject the offer.
The delivered item must be complete, marked, have the necessary instructions, guarantees and appropriate packaging ensuring proper quality protection of the equipment against weather conditions, damage, etc.
6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.
