Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment for the Pathology Department of the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price Offer.
The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with the following packages:
Package No. 1 Laboratory scale 1 pc.
Package No. 2 Undercounter laboratory refrigerator 4 pcs.
Package No. 3 Archiving drawer cabinet for blocks/slides 16 pcs.
Package No. 4 Ventilated cabinet for preparations 4 pcs.
Package No. 5 Printer for histopathology cassettes 1 pc.
Package No. 6 Microscope slide printer 2 pcs.
Package No. 7 Ventilated cabinet for chemical reagents 2 pcs.
Package No. 8 Ventilated worktop 1 pc.
Package No. 9 Cabinet for histopathology cassettes 21 pcs.
The contractor may submit an offer for one or more packages.
The task will be implemented as part of the project co-financed by funds of the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Program No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for infrastructure for residents, Measure.08.06 Health care infrastructure (project type II). The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the award procedure orders pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act of 11/09/2019 Public Procurement Law, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order are not awarded to it.
