Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of pathological diagnostic equipment, divided into parts:
Part I: Tissue Processor;
Part II: sinker;
M Copernicus in Toruń. The Ordering Party requires that the offered medical devices be approved for trading and use in the territory of Poland, in accordance with the provisions of the Medical Devices Act.
The assortment and quantity specification is set out in Annex No. 1 - the assortment and price form for the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to must be completed and attached to the offer.
The contracting authority envisages invalidation of the procedure if the public funds it intended to use to finance the contract in full were not granted to it.
