Description:
Part 1 - purchase and delivery of a brand new rescue boat with trailers As described in Annex No. 2.11) The subject of the order includes the delivery of equipment in accordance with the specification (minimum technical parameters described in Annexes No. 2) to the Ordering Party2) The supplied equipment must be factory-made new, unused, undamaged and not encumbered by the rights of third parties.3) The Contractor will provide such packaging of the equipment as is required to prevent its damage or deterioration of its quality during transport to the place of delivery. 4) The equipment will be marked in accordance with applicable regulations, including: in particular with safety signs.5) The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with equipment operation instructions or, if they are made available by the manufacturer in electronic form, will provide the website addresses where they can be downloaded.6) The Contractor will provide training for the Ordering Party's employees in the use of the equipment. The training will take place at Ordering Party. 7) The Contractor is obliged to perform the first start-up within the time specified and agreed by the Ordering Party.
