- The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment for the Regional Product Center - Process Laboratory of animal products as part of the project "Regional Center for Innovative Production, Processing and Food Safety Technologies of the WrocΕaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences.
Subject of the orderis implemented in 4 parts, including the following equipment:
Part 1. Reflection colorimeter
Part 2. Table lyophilizer
Part 3. Texture analyzer testing machine
Part 4. Fast analyzer for the control of physicochemical composition
