Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: "Purchase of equipment for rescue operations, quartermasters and communication means", as part of the national "Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026" adopted by Resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025 (M. P. of 2025, item 541) on the system of financing tasks in the field of civil protection and civil defense, resulting from the Act of December 5, 2024 on civil protection and civil defense (Journal of Laws, item 1907). The equipment will be used in rescue and evacuation activities, and in the organization of places of temporary accommodation and logistical support for injured people.
