- 2.1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the sentence entitled: Purchase of equipment for therapeutic rehabilitation for oncology patients carried out under Agreement No. 1/18/24/2025/305/316 for the granting of a targeted subsidy under the multi-annual program entitled: National Oncology Strategy for SP ZOZ CSK UM in Ódzi.2.2. Due to the extensive description - a detailed description of the subject of the order, details of the implementation of the subject of the order, etc., are included in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order Technical Parameters (hereinafter referred to as OPZ). 2.3. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the OFFER, in particular, Appendix No. 8 to SWZ - OPZ - Technical parameters, supplemented in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 2.4. No marriage. No. 8 to the SWZ constitutes the impossibility of assessing the offer and therefore the basis rejection of the offer from the proceedings. 2.5. The subject of the order has been divided into 4 parts, the Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts. Package 1: kinesitherapy device 4 pieces.
