Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment for therapeutic rehabilitation for oncological patients of the Świętokrzyskie Oncology Center in accordance with the following tasks:
Task No. 1: Purchase of a kit for diagnostics and rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs (Set 1), in accordance with Annex 4a to the SWZ.
Task No. 2: Purchase of a set for diagnostics and rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs (Set 2), in accordance with Annex 4b to the SWZ.
Task No. 3: Purchase of a kit for diagnostics and rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs (Set 3), in accordance with Annex 4c to the SWZ.
Task No. 4: Purchasing a training kit endurance and performance, in accordance with Annex 4d to the SWZ.
Task No. 5: Purchase of compression therapy devices - 2 sets, in accordance with Annex 4e to the SWZ.
Task No. 6: Purchase of a lymphatic drainage device (bed), in accordance with Annex 4f to the SWZ.
Task No. 7: Purchasing a device for radiofrequency (Set 1), in accordance with Annex 4g to the SWZ.
Task No. 8: Purchase of a radiofrequency device (Set 2), in accordance with Annex 4h to the SWZ.
Task No. 9: Purchase of a local cryotherapy device, in accordance with Annex 4i to the SWZ.
Task no. 10: Purchasing a focused shock wave 3 sets, in accordance with Annex 4j to SWZ.
Task No. 11: Purchase of deep oscillation devices - 3 sets, in accordance with Annex 4k to the SWZ.
Task No. 12: Purchase of a kit for diagnostics and rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs (Set 4), in accordance with Annex 4l to the SWZ.
