Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Purchase of equipment for therapeutic rehabilitation for oncology patients in connection with the funding received from the Ministry of Health for the implementation of the multi-annual program entitled "National Oncological Strategy."
2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel proceedings pursuant to Art. 257 PZP in a situation where the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of it were not granted to it.
3. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 2, 2A, 2B, 5 to the SWZ.

Ordering party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The submitted offer must include all assortment items.
Justification:
1. Technical and functional considerations: The subject of the order is an integrated and comprehensive whole intended to equip the rehabilitation department. Equipment included order is closely related in terms of application and use. Individual devices, even if they could theoretically come from different suppliers, must be fully compatible with each other on three levels:
- overall dimensions (enabling correct assembly and ergonomics setting in dedicated rooms),
- technologically (ensuring hardware cooperation),
- programmatically (creating one coherent diagnostic or therapeutic system).
