The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment for the Wiebodzin Commune in 2025, divided into 7 tasks as part of the subsidy for the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026: Task 1 Patient monitoring system. General requirements: The equipment constituting the subject of the order must be brand new and, if applicable, has valid approvals, declarations or certificates for safety and compliance with the requirements of Polish and European standards, as well as warranty cards and necessary instructions in Polish, which must be delivered no later than on the day of signing the acceptance protocol for this task. The contractor will include in its offer all costs related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, in particular the costs of purchase, proper securing of the subject of the order for the duration of delivery, delivery and unloading in the building indicated in Wiebodzin, Wiebodzin commune, province.
