Terms of order fulfillment: 1. Completion date: 14 business days; 2. Delivery hours - 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.;3.Rules for delivery and unloading of goods: in accordance with the GTC;4.Place of delivery: KolejeWielkopolskie sp. z o.o., ul. Kolejowa 23 PoznaΕ, ul. The Contractor, no later than 12 hours before starting the Order, is obliged to confirm the delivery date of the Goods, including the delivery time. 5. Delivery method: one-time delivery, the price should include the cost of delivery and unloading, 6. Deadline payment: in accordance with the GTC: (Payment deadline 30 days from the issuance of the invoice) The Buyer accepts the issuance and delivery of electronic invoices by the Seller, in accordance with Art. 106 of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022 pos. 931 as amended died; hereinafter referred to as the "VAT Act"). When issuing an electronic invoice, the Seller is obliged to prepare it in PDF format.
