Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase for the TSO unit in Lipie in the commune of Głogow Małopolski, a factory-new one produced not earlier than in 2025, a heavy rescue and fire-fighting car with an automatic ignition engine that meets the emission standard of emissions min. Euro 6 with 4x4 drive
2. Zakres Orders are specified by the technical specification specified in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter "OPZ").
3. The unused vehicle, unregistered earlier, unused for testing, presentation or physical and legal defects, is factory -new vehicle.
4.The Vehicles must:
on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment;
Road traffic law;
- ordinance of ministers: internal affairs and Administration, national defense, finance and justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and used for special purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti -Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Tax Administration, Prison Service and Fire Brigade;
2) have a current vehicle type approval certificate issued in accordance with applicable regulations;
