Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of fire trucks for the Volunteer Fire Department from the Grabica Commune, divided into two parts:
1) PART I Purchase of 2 HEAVY fire trucks.
2) PART II Purchase of 2 LIGHT fire trucks.
I. The order includes the delivery of 2 identical heavy rescue vehicles firefighting, one car for the Volunteer Fire Department Grabica, one for the Volunteer Fire Department Lubanow.
A detailed description of the subject of the order for PART I is attached as Annex No. 10 to the SWZ (DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER FOR PART I, including minimum TECHNICAL AND UTILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR A HEAVY RESCUE AND FIRE-FIGHTING VEHICLE). All the requirements specified in the SWZ constitute minimum requirements (technical and qualitative), and their fulfillment is obligatory.
As part of the delivery for PART I, the Contractor is obliged in particular to:
a) sale and delivery of the subject of the order, in accordance with Annex No. 10 to the SWZ for PARTS And,
The Contractor is not entitled to any separate remuneration in this respect and is not entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party.
c) delivery of defect-free, brand new equipment, unused, technically efficient, complete and ready for operation without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Ordering Party,
