- The subject of the order is the purchase of fire trucks for the Volunteer Fire Department from the Grabica Commune, divided into two parts:
1) PART I Purchase of 2 HEAVY fire trucks.
2) PART II Purchase of 2 LIGHT fire trucks.
I. The order includes the delivery of 2 identical heavy rescue vehicles firefighting, one car for the Volunteer Fire Department Grabica, one for the Volunteer Fire Department Lubanow.
A detailed description of the subject of the order for PART I is attached as Annex No. 10 to the SWZ (DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER FOR PART I, including minimum TECHNICAL AND UTILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR A HEAVY RESCUE AND FIRE-FIGHTING VEHICLE). All the requirements specified in the SWZ constitute minimum requirements (technical and qualitative), and their fulfillment is obligatory.
As part of the delivery for PART I, the Contractor is obliged in particular to:
a) sale and delivery of the subject of the order, in accordance with Annex No. 10 to the SWZ for PARTS And,
b) notifying the Ordering Party of readiness for acceptance, at least 10 business days before the planned date of collection of the subject of the contract, in order for the subject of the contract to be accepted by the Ordering Party at the Contractor's headquarters.
c) delivery of equipment free from defects, brand new, unused, and in working order technically, complete and ready for work without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Ordering Party,
d) conducting free training for 2 people for each car indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of basic service and operation of the item contracts,
