Description:
Purchase of anti-flood sleeves, air dryers, pneumatic tents, sludge pumps as part of a targeted subsidy for the implementation of own/commissioned tasks under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.12.2. The scope of the order includes the following supplies: Pneumatic tent 1 pc. - The Contractor undertakes, at his own expense and responsibility, to deliver the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party at the following address: seat of the District Office in Przemyl, Plac Dominikaski 3, 37-700 Przemyl.12.3. The detailed scope of the order is specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to SWZ.12.4. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the Contractor are described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting - Annex No. 3 to SWZ.
