Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of flood sleeves, air dryers, pneumatic tents, sludge pumps as part of a targeted subsidy for the implementation of own/commissioned tasks under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. Part 1. Set of sludge pumps - motorized pumps 12.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes the supply of: 1. Motor pump (slurry pumps) with a capacity of at least 1000L/min, 5 pcs. - The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party at his own expense and responsibility to the following address: seat of the District Office in Przemyl, Plac Dominikaski 3, 37-700 Przemyl.12.3. The detailed scope of the order is specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to SWZ.12.4. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the Contractor are described in the draft provisions of the contract - Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.
