The Ordering Party requires that the assortment as part of the execution of the order is brand new, free from technical and legal defects, in intact factory packaging, approved for trading and of grade I. NOTE: The contractor is obliged to send it to the Ordering Party non-returnable copies of cards - in both formats - which are the subject of the order. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the delivery address - after prior notification to the Contractor.
