PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość invites you to submit a price offer for the purchase and delivery of the forms mentioned in the procedure, in accordance with the description contained in the subject of the order. The bidder is obliged to complete Annex No. 3 (Price form). Conditions of the procedure regarding offer and order execution: 1. Place of delivery: PKP LHS sp. z o. o. Grupa Magazynowa Zamość -Bortatycze, Wysokie 3, 22-400Zamość, Multi-Sector Warehouse at the Rolling Stock Maintenance and Technical Equipment Section in Sędziszow, ul. Kielecka 12b, 28-340 Sędziszow from 7.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. 2. The Ordering Party joins procedure Appendix No. 1 Product and quantity list, in order for the bidder to estimate the value of the order (the description of individual prints may differ slightly from the actual print pattern). The condition for executing the order is to collect sample forms from the Ordering Party at the Bidder's expense carefully read the specifications of the subject of the order.3. The unit price includes transport costs.4.Payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and a correctly issued invoice.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to introduce changes or cancel the procedure without giving a reason.6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to place an order for a selected part from among the materials that are the subject of the proceedings.7.
