Description:
1. The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase of fuel for vehicles and equipment operated by Zakład Gospodarki Komunalne i Mieszkaniowej w Nowogrodzie Bobrzaski Sp. z o. o. made on the basis of delivered orders.2. The subject of the order includes: 1) Purchase of diesel oil at the Contractor's gas station in the forecast amount of 42,000 liters,2) Purchase of Pb 95 unleaded gasoline at the Contractor's gas station in the forecast amount of 2,000 liters.3. The given amounts of fuel are estimates and the Ordering Party may purchase smaller amounts of fuel during the execution of the contract and their delivery will be carried out according to. current needs up to the maximum amount of financial resources allocated for this purpose. 4. The subject of the order will be implemented through the successive refueling of vehicles by the Ordering Party, which will be settled non-cash by the Contractor.5. The Contractor selected in the procedure will enable payment of amounts due in a non-cash form, in billing periods twice a month (in the middle and at the end of the month), along with a billing for the fuel consumed.
