- Part I of the order:
1. The subject of the order is periodic, non-cash purchase of liquid fuels (diesel oil, diesel oil with increased cetane number, unleaded gasoline PB95 and PB98) for vehicles and equipment at the Ordering Party's disposal, carried out at gas stations in the form of fuel cards assigned to a given vehicle/equipment. (the list of equipment is attached as Annex 1 to the SIWZ).
2. Fuel will be purchased successively depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obliged to have at least one gas station where the required fuel will be available by the Ordering Party. The gas station must be open 24 hours a day, at least 7 days a week. The station must be located within 6 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters, i.e. Lokalna 11, 43-100 Tychy.
3. Settlement will be based on the fuel actually refueled. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to issue minimum 5, maximum 1 invoice per month for the fuel actually refueled. The minimum invoice payment deadline is 7 days from the date of delivery of the invoice to the Ordering Party. The number of invoices issued will depend on the quantity proposed in the offer (offer form) - the number of invoices issued in month is the criterion for evaluating offers. Reports including information on the number of liters refueled, the type of fuel refueled, the vehicle registration number and the odometer reading during refueling will be provided to the Ordering Party with each invoice or made available in system... - Documents:
