Description:
1. Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the purchase of diesel oil and unleaded gasoline intended for refueling the Ordering Party's vehicles and equipment, complying with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for fuels liquids (Journal of Laws, item 1018). ATTENTION! Due to the number of refueling operations resulting from maintaining full operational readiness of vehicles and equipment, the distance of the nearest gas station from the seat of the Drzycim Commune cannot be greater than 10 km. Deliveries will be made successively, on the basis of cashless refueling of vehicles to tank and canisters, at the Contractor's gas station, located within a radius of no more than 10 km from the headquarters of the Ordering Party, the Commune Office in Drzycim, ul. Podgornej 10. The Seller must have at least one gas station at a distance of no more than 10 m from the Ordering Party's registered office. Fuel purchases will be made in a non-cash form using invoices. With each fuel purchase, the gas station employee is obliged to check the vehicle's registration data or ask the buyer to present an authorization.
