Description:
The subject of the order is the successive purchase of diesel oil and unleaded 95 gasoline, which are intended for refueling the Ordering Party's vehicles, complying with the PN-EN 590, PN-EN 228 or equivalent standards and the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015. regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended). By the term or equivalent, the Ordering Party understands that the technical and chemical parameters of the adapted diesel oil and unleaded 95 gasoline cannot be worse than those specified in the above-mentioned standards. The fuel will be purchased in the district. Lubaskie. The tenderer must ensure the possibility of fuel delivery in at least one petrol station located in the city of Luba; this station must offer all types of fuel that are the subject of the order and be open 24 hours a day. The tenderer must ensure cashless purchases of liquid fuel at the following rules: a) collective invoice with a payment deadline of 21 days from the date of delivery of the invoice, b) registration of the amount and type of fuel when refueling (e.g. WZ ID), c) payment by bank transfer, d) issuance of an invoice is allowed OFF ...
