- 1. The subject of the proceedings is the purchase of fuel for motor vehicles and mechanical equipment owned by the Zagnask Commune and budgetary units from the Zagnask Commune for 2026.1.1. The subject of the order is the successive (i.e. depending on needs), non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for cars, engine equipment, mechanical equipment, technical devices and containers adapted to store fuel (e.g. canisters), owned by the Zagnask Commune and budgetary units from the Zagnask Commune in 2026, implemented in the form of a tanker at the Contractor's gas station on area of the Republic of Poland.1.2. The order includes the following types and estimated quantities of fuel: 1) diesel oil 54,000 liters2) unleaded petrol PB 95 4,000 liters1.3. The final amount of purchased fuel and materials will result from the execution of the order until the end of the contract period, according to the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of reducing or increasing the order quantity depending on needs.
