- 3.3. The subject of the order includes the supply of fuel for the needs of the Czchw Commune in 2025, i.e. the purchase of PB 95 unleaded gasoline for means of transport and equipment, the purchase of diesel oil for means of transport and equipment, in the estimated quantities: 3.3.1.1. Etylina unleaded Pb 95 2,500 liters.3.3.1.2. Diesel oil 34,000 liters.3.4. Unleaded petrol and diesel oil should meet the requirements specified in the Act of August 25, 2006. on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1209) and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024. (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) on quality requirements for liquid fuels.3.5. The purchase of liquid fuels will consist in refueling the Ordering Party's vehicles and equipment at the Contractor's gas station. (located at a distance of up to 8 km from the registered office of the Ordering Party: Czchw, ul. Rynek 12, calculated by the shortest public road (municipal, district, provincial or national). 3.6. The collection of goods will be cashless and will be registered on the WZ card, including in particular: the date and refueling hours, type of fuel consumed, quantity of fuel refueled, brand and registration number...
