Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of fuel for commercial vehicles used by the Marshal's Office of the Opole Voivodeship. The estimated quantity of the ordered fuel includes the following product range: - Unleaded gasoline Pb95 18,200 dm3, including: basic order 14,000 dm3, orders under option rights: 4,200 dm3 - Unleaded petrol Pb98 107,000 dm3, including: basic order 82,000 dm3, order under option right 25,000 dm3 - diesel oil 30,500 dm3, including basic order 23,500 dm3, order under option right - 7,000 dm3 - Gas liquefied LPG 600 dm3, including: basic order 500 dm3, order under the 100 dm3 option right. The Ordering Party will purchase fuel in accordance with current needs, settling at the current unit prices applicable at the gas stations where refueling took place at the time of fuel purchase, less a discount in the amount consistent with the Contractor's offer. Quantities particular types of fuels indicated in the description of the subject of the order are estimates and are intended only for comparison of offers.
