Description:
1 The subject of the fall is the purchase of fuels for the needs of the Rusinw commune in the period from 01.07.2025. until 30.06.2026 i.e. purchase of PB 95-free gasoline for transport and equipment and purchase of papper oil for RODKW Transport.equipment in estimated quantities: 2.1. Nono -ovian gasoline PB 95 890 Liter; 2.2. Capital oil (ON) 30,000 Liter. 3. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of buying a smaller amount of fuel than given in point 3.2, without financial claims on the part of the Contractor. 4. Nonoo -free gasoline and papid oil should spend the requirementsspecified in the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 846, as amended) and the regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 Padzienik 2015 in the case requires quality fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1314).
