Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of liquid fuels for vehicles and equipment owned by the Municipal and Housing Management Board in Nasielsk in the total estimated amount: diesel oil approximately 130,000 dm3, unleaded gasoline Pb 95 approximately 4,000 dm32. Common dictionary order (CPV): 09134100-8 Diesel oil 09132100-4 Unleaded petrol.3. The purchased fuels must meet the quality requirements specified in the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended d.). 4. The purchase of diesel oil and unleaded 95 gasoline must be (a gas station existing or established by the time the contract is signed) at a distance of no more than 4 km from the Ordering Party's registered office, which will enable sales 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. daily 5. Fuel will be purchased through cashless refueling of vehicles and devices belonging to the Ordering Party, successively as the needs arise at the Contractor's gas station.6.
