- The subject of the order is the delivery of furniture and equipment for the Commune Office in Dzwola.
The material scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) Factory delivery of a new one (year of production: 2024 or 2025), originating
from current production and not used before the date of delivery, excluding the necessary use to conduct the correct work test, from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of furniture warranty rights and equipment in the scope specified in Annex 1 to SWZ together with their transport, bringing and assembly (folding, twisting, suspension, leveling - if concerned) and setting in the place indicated by the contracting authority,
2) providing the instructions with the order required to operate
in Polish (if concerned),
3) providing together with the order of warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary for the proper operation of cables, cables, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper operation of the product),
4) securing the walls, windows, doors and floors of the rooms where furniture will be installed so that it is not damaged, dirty during application and assembly and remove them at your own expense in the event of damage or dirt (bringing to the original state,
5) cleaning the rooms after assembly and arrangement and installation of equipment,
6) the costs of transport and insurance of the supplied equipment are borne by Performer,
