Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of furniture and equipment for the "old" operating block (Block B) with the possibility of submitting partial offers. On-site visit. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to carry out an on-site visit of the rooms in which the investment is planned in order to become familiar with the condition of the rooms, possible difficulties and organizational and logistical conditions during the execution of the order. The authorized contact person is Ms. Katarzyna Olech, Mr. Szymon Ostrowski, Mr. Mateusz Kołsut, Ms. Dominika Chmielewska. The site visit will take place on two dates, i.e. October 24, 2025. and28/10/2025 at 10:00. Interested Contractors are asked to report to room no. 102 in block H of the hospital on the selected date. Confirmation of the on-site visit will be confirmation of presence on the list presented by the Ordering Party on the day of the visit. Pursuant to art. 131 section 2 points 1) Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has visited the site. The Ordering Party informs that it will reject the Contractor's offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Law, if an offer is submitted without an on-site visit.
