- The subject of the fall is the purchase of furniture buildings for the internal ward in the Midzileski Specialist Hospital in Warsaw. 2. The offered furniture building must be in accordance with the description of the subject of the skew and must spend the conditions of admission to the market in healthcare squares, in accordance with the bonds legal provisions. 3. Border parameters of the subject of the sort of pollination are described by the adherence No. 4 to SWZ. 4. Failure to disseminate the required parameters specified in the beginning No. 4 to SWZ gives grounds for the ordering to reject the offer. 5. The offered sets of furniture buildings may be complete and after installation it would be ready for work as intended without any additional purchases and investments. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow the Installation of Variant Offers. 7. Each contractor has the right to Zoy only one offers. Zoenie by one contractor more than one offer or offer containing an alternative causes everyone to reject Offers connected by a given contractor. 8. BD offers assessed on the basis of the criteria described in Chapter XVI of this Terms of Reference 11. The warranty period could not be a more one than 36 months. 12.
